We cut our own beef, lamb, veal and bison products and can cut to order with at least one week notice.
• Meats are Rubashkin or Alle (Meal Mart)
• Chickens are Chai, Rubashkin or Empire
• Lamb and veal are Rubashkin
• Bison is O-U certified
We stock fresh salmon, herring, lox, fish salads and frozen and canned gefilte fish.

We carry Cholov Yisroel milk, cheeses, yogurt, cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream. We carry Cholov Stam cheeses.

Our dry goods include a wonderful selection of cookies, crackers, candies, soups, juices, sauces, condiments, canned fruits and vegetables, baking products, snack foods, paper goods, vitamins and nutritional supplements, and cleaning supplies. We also have a selection of CD's and children's tapes.
